Hollow fiber ultra filteration system is a film separation technology to separate , condense, and distill the macromolecule. ultra filter separation undertakes in the normal temperature and lowpressure , with out state change , simple structure,easy operation, wide usage, and strong general capacity. Condensing ultra filter is widely used in the industries such as: food, ferment, medicine,environment, and chemicals. Water ultra filter can remove the rubber particles, germs ,virus, heat resource, protein and high polymer organic matter. It can be used separately to make process drinking water, and also can function as anti- filtration water inputting pretreatment,and the fine end process of high pure water. Hollow f iber u l tra filteration system (including: raw water pump,sand filter,active carbon filter, water softener, micro filter,pressure adding pump,protectingfilter, hollow fiber ultra filter, sterilization, water tank,and fittings).

I.What is Ultrafiltration?

Ultrafiltration is a type of filtration.

UF's main attraction is its ability to purify, separate, and concentrate target macromolecules in continuous systems. UF does this by pressurizing the solution flow.

Ultrafiltration is used as a pre-treatment step in reverse osmosis processes to produce potable drinking water.

II.Function of ultrafitration system:

Ultrafiltration membrane is the anisomerous semipermeable membrane made of macro molecule material as the separation method without phase transition for solution, and can remove particles whose molecule weight ranges 1,500-100,000 Dalton,and can effectively remove organic, bacterium, virus, colloid and non-ion suspended solid.
